Tunisia has a warm climate all year. Northern Tunisia has a typical Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers (June-August) and mild, wet winters (December-February).
Best periods are spring and autumn. Temperatures can be extremely high inland. Winter is mild and has the highest rainfall.
When to go
Peak season is summer (June to August) and even if it is crowded and prices go higher, it is interesting to visit for summers festivals.
Still the weather is better in spring and autumn and you can visit the Sahara this time.
